Founded in 1997 by brothers Mr. Haris and Mr. Hashim, Rara Avis began with a seating capacity of 62 guests. Guided by their father, Mr. Arippayil Muhammed Haji, the restaurant embraced traditional values and a passion for culinary excellence. The name 'Rara Avis' was suggested by Mr. NP Mahmood, a skilled architect who also supported the restaurant during its formative days.
Today, Rara Avis is renowned for its authentic dishes and exceptional dining experience, blending heritage with a modern approach to cuisine. It remains a beloved destination, known for its warm hospitality and commitment to quality.
